This game is amazing! Just one question: how do you craft? I go into the crafting bench and it says I have the materials, but it doesn't have a button to craft.

If you play on PC, please go to the "%APPDATA%\Godot\app_userdata\Sprout Valley" and grab your save file there, should be named like save_state.sav. If you could email me to v.lyahovic.g@gmail.com so I can debug, would be great!
I can also advice you, maybe it will help, to try to dig what's behind it, maybe it will help. Curious how you even could dig that tile behind the arcade machine...
I just bought this and loaded it up - looks cute! But it seems like when using my controller (8BitDo Lite), A and B buttons are swapped, X and Y buttons are swapped, and I can't use L-Stick to navigate menus. Regardless of whether I have the controller set to Switch or Xbox mode. I'm running the latest Linux build. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks in advance!
Oh! I found a menu for remapping controls, but it's only in the in-game settings menu, not the top level settings menu as I'd expect. Unfortunately when I press "remap controls" I don't seem to have any way to actually select any of the controls to remap - the only thing that changes is the "remap controls" button becomes an "ok" button. Also, when I open the back menu, the bumpers seem to switch to a random tab in the book each time, instead of going to the next/previous tab.
I picked up the game on Switch too, and I thought of several things that could improve gameplay with a gamepad/controller. Let me know if you're interested in that feedback!
Well, Switch version is out of my powers, since it is managed by publisher. Small developers like yourself don't have access to the Nintendo development kits to be able to develop for it
Totally understand, tho I think the controls are the same on Switch and gamepad based on what I've played so far (aside from the gamepad A/B buttons being switched around)
Game is amazing, but idk if it's only a demo thing or no but if i wanna exit i gotta press alt+f4 otherwise the button isn't working (windows), tho sadly i can't play full game because i can only pay with paypall and i'm not american, it's not common to use it and yeah.. i don't own paypall which is a shame.. game's like 25zł tho for me which is a lot tbh
Hello! Glad you enjoying the game. Just double checked that exit button works on demo, maybe you had a window out of focus or did not press accept. I understand your problem with paypal. Your best course of action will be to wait for Steam version sale. It is a hefty price, which is controlled by publisher. purchased game on switch but its stuck on language screen. Unable to select anything on screen over move a cursor. Software on switch is up to date. Turned switch and on again. Issue still exists. Please help

You will unlock crafting once you sell goods to Ozlo couple of times, put them into mailbox
I've already unlocked crafting but it wont let me craft anything even though I have the materials
you need to have all materials in your inventory. You can see what you are missing in a right box, items you missing will be semi transparent
once youve clicked what you wanna craft click it again

I am using this controller for Nintendo switch online & it doesn’t work. It works well with emulator games & some other games but not with Sprout !_!

I think you might've planted something under the machine so it prevents from interaction, hmmm...
when i was trying to click on the machine i had my hoe equipped so it hoed the dirt instead of interacting with the machine

How do I only select a specific amount of an item? I'm on day 2 and it hasn't said anything about it.
By holding ctrl or alt you can transfer by 1 or 10 into the chest, or r2 l2

You need to navigate with d-pad to checkmark button and click on it. I'll add start button to accept it in future updates
